Has this happened to anyone else when ordering packages from Walmart?? I’m so upset

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? I usually never have issues with Walmart and deliveries, I always get my stuff and they send me pics when my order gets dropped off of where they left the items which is always at my front door. Well I ordered some items from Walmart for my baby on Monday and shipping took 2 days. I got a notification that my order was delivered and left at my front door but there was no photo which is odd because I normally get a photo but no big deal, I go to get my stuff and my packages are not there. I contacted customer support and they apologized and offered to resend the order I said that was fine so I wait another 2 days for my stuff to arrive, this morning I get a notification that my order was just delivered and left at my front door, again no photo I go to get my stuff and same exact thing happened again my packages are nowhere to be found. Now I’m pissed because that’s twice this week I contacted customer support again to request a refund because at this point I just want my money back for the waste of time and all the items I paid for and have yet to receive, I would rather order the items from somewhere else than deal with this again but they will not do anything about this until 2 business days have passed so Wednesday next week🙃 I’m so annoyed.
