I got my first ever mirena iud 2 weeks ago a day after my period is this my first period on it? When I have a panty liner in it’s just brown discharge or should I be concerned ?

it’s possible, but could also be your body adjusting. it’s common to have clotting and breakthrough periods the first few months. obviously call your midwife/gynecologist/obgyn if you’re concerned.
