I think it's crazy how drunk hookups are now considered rape. REGRET is not RAPE. The word "rape" has gained such a loose definition that it undermines the traumatic experience that rape really is. "My husband went down on me in my sleep but I wasn't in the mood..." or "I went to a party and hooked up with a guy, I said yes but I was uncomfortable" **insert a million women screaming it's rape** They were BOTH drunk and hooked up. No one held the other down, no one didn't want to and said no, etc. Sure, when you are drunk you technically can't "consent". However, they were both drunk...so they both raped each other? That's ridiculous. I totally agree with the poster.

I hate this poster. Jake couldn't consent either, but Josie wants to wake up and regret her decision so it's rape. Ridiculous.  Don't get shit faced drunk and unaware of your surroundings or decisions, on both parties.

Yeah, either one couldn't consent. But that doesn't mean one drunk person can't rape another. Drunk people rape other drunk people all the time.
