I was expecting later on.. But since now i feel pain on my hips

My hips have been killing me lately. It hurts more when I walk or go from sitting to standing. I, too, wasn’t expecting this until much later but here we are lol

I was experiencing hip pain very early on too. I use a pillow in between my legs and that made such a huge difference. I also found some stretching exercises that helped as well.
