hpv warts

hii so i went to the gyno got a pap smear nd the text came back with abnormal cells but not enough to test me for hpv nd i asked if the abnormality is hpv the doc stated it could be a number of things doesn’t have to be that , but ik that is the case because i have a few flat warts in the entrance of my vag hole(ive been tested for everything but hpv, no other symptoms just a few flat warts in vag) ik there is ways to get them removed but i never heard about them being removed when they are inside of the vag … advice pls or has anyone ever had them inside?? what did or do you do
