Help!

Hey guys ! Little background I am 29 years old and a mom of a 5 year old boy and I’m currently pregnant with my second not sure how far yet will find out tomorrow but for the past two months I’ve been having these very sharp pains above my stomach to the point where I can’t move, talk or walk and I eventually end up throwing up. They seem to say all my labs and urine are normal and can’t really do further testing at least for now. Has anyone gone through this? I’m worried and scared because the pains are unbearable I end up passing out.
