My boss talks like a robot

Holy shit, this woman…. I don’t think she understands the concepts of “humanity” and “empathy” because the way this woman treats us, her employees. Long story short, I work at a small charter school and the principal is mind-blowing!! I’m going through a lot personally besides the fact that I’m physically sick and the only thing she cares about is me showing up to work while pretending that everything is fine because it’s my “job to do so.” I work 11.5 hours a day, 5 days a week, while also doing tasks at home. She’s always assigning more stuff on top of what we already have to do and she complains about us missing deadlines. Talk about juggling piles of shit!! Now, all of the tasks I can deal with. What I can’t blatantly ignore is the obvious lack of empathy she has for my coworkers and I, and I don’t mean a simple, “no, you’ll be fine.” I mean, complete disregard for what we tell her is going on as long as it somehow hinders with her projected data for the week. It’s genuinely getting tiresome and I’ve thought of quitting multiple times in this last week alone, but I just came out of college and have a ton shit of bills and debts to pay. I feel like I’m trapped, and within that trap, I can’t even allow myself to feel human…..
