Suitable for 5 yr old?

Is this car OK for 5th birthday?, my son keeps asking for large car and I'm unsure if its to young for him?

We bought this for our sons 2nd christmas, he is 5 now and is too tall for it so not sure this would be suitable unless your boy is on the small side
