Help Test Results

I just got the test results on my chart. I went to the doctor Thursday for a UTI and pointed out a cut I thought was from shaving or being over weight and skin rubbing and my doctor said it was 100% Herpes. I was devastated. They did a swab and blood work and these are my results. I’m confused can someone help me.
