My bf walked in on my changing it one time and I was pretty embarrassed but it's not like he doesn't know what's going on. I think he could see it on my face and instead of being completely freaked out and grossed out by it  he simply said "can I try".  I just giggle and said sure if you want to. And I just helped him and it was kinda sweet and definitely brought us closer together in a weird kind of way. Periods are normal and if he's interested, or has questions...don't shoot him down, he really cares. 😊
