Does the line look darker?

I ovulated without a period (pcos) and I’m also not sure date of ovulated. I do know I baby dance September 7th so somewhere before or after there. Anywho I went to the doctor today 9/30 and there was nothing on the ultrasound. The appt was very rushed and my doctor did not look like he wanted to be there so I left feeling very nervous and sad. He did take blood and say he will call on Monday. I asked if the blood covers hcg levels and his reply was “yup, we’ll look at everything” and that was my 5 minute appt between the ultrasound and our QUICK conversation. Besides a pregnancy test I only have tender nipples and fatigue.
