Most annoying thing as an ER nurse

*Getting a chest pains patient*

"Okay so tell me how it feels. What area hurts and how would you describe it?"

Them: Actually it doesn't hurt anymore but could you test me for Covid. I haven't had taste lately.

Me in my head: Okay so you lied about having chest pains to get in front of patients with more serious stuff going on just so you can get a Covid test that you can easily take at home. Literally not an emergency.
