Hey laides I would love some advice
My cycle is a 31 day cycle what at least what I thought my period is on time every month. It came on September 18- 22nd lighten up pretty fast I was supposed to ovulate on the the 1st but I can tell I ovulated on the 30th I had mild cramping all day which is normal during ovulation for me.I’m just trying to understand if I ovulated early. If you women can spread some light.
