Super mamas who workout, HALP!
I’m 10 weeks and up until recently I have been nauseous all day and think I might actually be able to handle a workout, now. I have clearance to workout from my doctor, but I have no energy! The only time that I can actually get to the gym, is in the evening when everyone is in bed, but I’m so tired by then! How do you do it? Tips/pointers? Do I just need to force myself to go? Loan me some of your superpowers🙏
