Any suggestions? Haven't slept, can't stand/sit/lay for more than 5 mins at a time! Just want the pain to go away!

For sitting, try a waffle cushion. It has little holes so you can put the middle of your tush on an area with less pressure. You can also just buy a foam seat cushion like at a craft store and cut a hole in the middle. I also second the prep h, but it's a commitment for several days-a week and not an instant fix. But it does work.

I got them too after my babies! There is lots of ointments at the pharmacy to help them go down... Also as a premeasure try drinking a small glass of prune juice every couple of days.... Works awsome and doesn't make u feel like your gonna poop urself...
