Moving tongue on teeth?

I have a habit that I can’t stop doing all day and it’s moving my tongue on the back of my teeth. Does anyone know how to stop doing this? I can’t chew gum because it hurts my jaw.

Ugh i get things like this.. weird where im positive a tooth is lose and i push my tongue on my teeth. I did stop this myself because i went to the dentist and they told me its literally in my head. So i decided if thats the case then i can make it stop. Every time i started doing it i told myself NO, and STOP in my head and sometimes even out loud. It takes a few days to make a habit and like 21 days to break it so just be on to it and stop yourself, when you dont do it, praise yourself. It sounds dumb but.it worked for me
