Fiancé disrespected me in front of strangers

I’m a 23 year old girl that’s engaged to a 37 year old man today me and him went to Mijiers @11 pm and sometimes I get really bad stabbing pains in my lower abdomen and I feel some type of pressure on my leg/upper thigh area so I sat in one of them wheelchair buggies and he started cussing me out calling me lazy just arguing with me and when we got in the car he told me felt so embarrassed but so did I because after calling me lazy out loud to where everyone could hear people started just looking at me. Can somebody please give some advice on what to do about this situation. Was I really wrong for using that even though I was in really bad pain
