trying to lose weight

I’m trying to lose weight. I’m 5’8-5’9 in height and weight just under 400. I have tried multiple times in the past to lose weight but never really stuck with nothing. About 2 weeks ago I started weight watchers and walking every single day. I walk about 2 miles a day. For some reason I feel like I’m not doing enough. I know I’m in the way beginning of this long journey. I’m just looking for advice and some encouragement.
