Mom guilt?

Does anyone else go back and forth with having extreme mom guilt for having another baby? 
This is my second and the thought of my oldest feeling replaced kills me lol. I know it’s dramatic and hormones. Don’t get me wrong, I am so excited for this second little boy 🩵 , but it makes me sad 😅

You’re definitely not alone. My first son is 8 now and, while I’ve prayed for this second baby I’m growing inside of me, I still feel very scared my oldest will feel replaced. Definitely have cried many tears over that during this pregnancy and it makes me feel all the guilt on both sides. People tell me it’s normal, but it definitely doesn’t feel normal. I love both my boys and know it will all be ok!

This!!!! My son just turned 18 months and is such a mommas boy and so needy, he also gets super upset when other kids cry around him so I’m worried the adjustment is going to be a lot for him 🥺

Same for me. I feel so bad, I don’t want my son to think he doesn’t matter anymore. It’s been just us for 8 years. So I take in all the cuddles I can.

Yes absolutely. Makes me want to tear up just thinking about it. My husband has been with me since 8 weeks pregnant with my first( not his biologically, but in every other way) we are now pregnant with our first child together and it scares me the idea that she could be treated any differently. A lot of this stems from my own personal childhood trauma seeing as Im one of 7 but have no full blood related siblings and often got the short end of the stick and rough treatment compared to others in those families. Im hoping everything will workout in the end and I know they will be best friends.

I definitely felt this way while I was pregnant with me second. However, my older son absolutely fell in love with his little brother and is an amazing big brother. I couldn't wish for a better bond than what they have. My younger son loves his older brother to pieces
