I’m looking for TTC success stories from women with microadenoma/prolactinomas

We’ve been TTC 2 years went in for first fertility work up in Aug my prolactin was 83.1 and redraw was 60.1 went for a MRI and have a 2mm microadenoma (i still have regular cycles and always have, i also ovulate confirmed by blood draw on cycle day 21)

i’m waiting to get into my endocrinologist Nov 1st to start medication. I’ve read most women don’t have regular cycles
