Post partum anxiety?

Hi ladies,
This is my third baby and I never had PPA/PPD with my oldest two… But this time my headspace is just not where it used to be 😭 How did you know you had PPA/PPD? I’ll speak with my doctor the next time I see her (I’m 3 weeks post partum). I’m just so lost because I never thought I’d be in this place

I feel great during the days but at nights I’m having severe post Partum insomnia which is giving me anxiety. I didn’t have this with my first. I’m trying to figure out how to calm the energy in my body. Is this hormones? My brain jolts me awake every time I try to sleep

I had it so bad with my third the anxiety and depression and not getting any sleep took its toll on me until I told my doctor and got help
