just got broken up with

My bf of four years just broke up with me. He said he loves me but he’s not in love with me anymore. He just left. I am broken. Im in complete shock right now. I don’t even know what to do. My entire body is just shaking. I asked him to have sex w me one last time and he was like are u sure ur not gonna regret it and I said no so we did. I have no idea why I asked for that. I was acting so embarrassing snot dripping down my face while i cried. Just gross. I feel awful and alone and like my heart was torn out into pieces.
