Tattoo while pregnant?

BEFORE y’all come for me, this is hypothetical and I wouldn’t get a tattoo while KNOWINGLY being pregnant. 
However, has it happened to anyone where they’ve gotten a tattoo and then shortly after found out they’re were pregnant at the time of it? What was your experience? Any issues with healing or infections?

It’s a small risk ,if anything happening in the first trimester. There’s also no evidence that proves it to be bad or good. I’m conclusion my sister had her entire sleeve finished while pregnant and the boy is alive and wild 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

Yes. A week before my positive test I got a tattoo. It healed fine and no complications

The risk associated is possible infection, otherwise I don’t believe there is any other risk to baby.

the risk is with infection so if you accidentally got a tattoo while pregnant and it’s kept clean and doesn’t get infected you’d be fine. that’s why tattoo artists won’t do it if you’re pregnant because if it gets infected it can harm the baby
