Spotting

Hi, I keep spotting old brown blood and it comes and goes. I’m still super early, 5 weeks. My mid wife couldn’t see much on ultrasound due to me being early so she ordered labs. She did say it could be common because of implantation, but she didn’t want to guess with me in case it wasn’t due to that. I am such an overthinker with bad anxiety. My midwife was not much help. I’ve been spotting for a couple weeks, but like I said it comes and goes. Please let me know if I’m not alone 😭
