Cervix position

Hi all ☺️ just wondering if anyone else checks cervical position. I just checked mine this morning and it's so high I can't feel it, I'm 2 days before af arriving and keeping everything crossed that this is my month, we had a miscarriage July 20th and got straight back to ttc as soon as I had a normal cycle. I tested this morning and still negative, will wait to test now until day of af if it doesn't arrive. Has anybody else had a very high cervix and negative tests before af but was pregnant, all I want is to see a bfp, it's so disappointing when it's negative 😔
