First IUD no period

I got my first copper iud placed last month and got my period after getting it placed. I haven’t got my period yet this month though. I know the copper iud is in the right place because I can feel the strings. Before getting on the copper iud I was on nexplanon and my cycle was NOT regular on nexplanon, so I’m not sure what my normal cycle really is yet but according to eve, I’m two days late. I’m having all the usual period symptoms like cramps, lower back ache, and acne but no period yet. Should I be concerned?
