Is this considered a neglectful parent?
If one parent is the one who does everything related to the children (feeding, bathing, school, doctor appointments, taking them to the park, etc. ) while the other parent does nothing for them (unless asked but it’s rare they actually do) would that parent be considered neglectful? like obviously the kids are cared for thanks to one parent but the other parent contributes nothing.
