My son is a lil over 10 months. He’s ebf and I’m freaking out on how I’m going to wean him at 1 yo. I know I don’t have to, but I need to. It’s been a hard journey. My daughter was easy she was formula fed and had no problems. But my son doesn’t like to eat much and wants to be bf at night like every 3 hours😭 I know he prob doesn’t want to eat bcuz he’s getting a lot of milk throughout the night but idk how else to calm him back to sleep as rocking doesn’t work and crying it out isn’t an option I tried that with my daughter didn’t work and i tried for a lil with him and I can tell it ain’t gonna do it for him either. Anyways, how am I supposed to wean from bf ? To a bottle? To a cup of whole milk? Also I should note that he won’t take bottles either. Never has.
