I just passed 6 weeks postpartum and found out I have this. My postpartum bleeding had lightened up a lot since giving birth, but never fully stopped. Then immediately after my 6 week pp visit, I had large gushes of blood with clots. Ultrasound confirmed the diagnosis and I’m scheduled for a D&C tomorrow.

Has anyone else gone through this? How was your D&C procedure and recovery? How was breastfeeding after the procedure? If you had it a while ago, did it cause any issues with fertility?
