Baby fever from pregnancy dreams?

I’m 6 days late for my period. Last night I had a vivid dream of being very pregnant and feeling my baby’s head while rubbing my tummy. Took a first response test, but it was negative. The only thing I can think is that it must be late due to stress. We aren’t necessarily trying, we’re just not preventing and going with the flow. After that dream, I really wish the test had been positive💗 it felt so real. I have one child already, and I think that made my brain create an even more realistic dream. Anyone else get super bad baby fever after a dream?
