Implantation bleeding and nothing else?

Hello! So I had very light blood only when I wiped once late on 6dpo and once on 7dpo. Since then, nothing. And really no other symptoms. Today I would be 8dpo and it’s almost midnight so 9dpo.

Is it possible that it could have been implantation bleeding? Or is the absence of any kind of symptoms a likely negative? I’m so used to symptom spotting and do realize that until your HCG starts to go up you shouldn’t really feel much. But try telling us that!
