Help! Medication from the NHS

I've never shared a post before but I'm feeling a bit desperate today. We've had three previous miscarriages, the latest being last month and have an appointment at the end of this month with the NHS reoccurring miscarriage clinic via Gynecology as they felt it was unlikely I could sustain a pregnancy without medication (progesterone maybe?). Yesterday I missed my period and had a very faint positive pregnancy test. The line was much stronger today. I called Gynecology today with my concerns and a plea to be seen sooner but didn't get a call back. I'm not sure where to turn to next. The GP? If there's medication which can help me, I just want to access this as soon as I possibly can. Just wondering if anyone has been in this situation and via which route in the NHS you got your medication.
