Please any advice…

He has never been a great sleeper, with the help of a no cry sleep consultant we mastered the timing of naps and bed time routine etc and he reduced his wake ups to about 5 times a night

He was 8 months then

Now he was sick a few weeks ago, completely fine now but is walking hourly and will not go back down without nursing, also won’t go down for my partner at all.

No he’s not hungry, it’s just comfort. But I’m going mad. Everyone says when they self settle they will sleep through but he has self settled. At bed time we feed then put him in the cot completely wide awake, he eventually gets himself to sleep- doesn’t cry or anything!!!

I’m so tired, I’m back at work now which is making it all feel so much worse. What am I doing wrong?
