He brought up ex gf

Been seeing this guy now for roughly 6 weeks, we agreed to take things slow but be exclusive. Well we went out for trivia night with his friends and we all had some drinks. He’s a lightweight and was a bit drunk, but his ex was somehow brought up in the conversation between him and a friend there, and he goes on about how sad he was that it didn’t work out between them, and then caught himself and just basically shut up. I didn’t say anything, but it was a turn off for me to probably not want to continue this, because he’d also voluntarily talked about gals he’s dated before me that were just like 1 date and it not working out and I brushed it off, but like I don’t want to hear that dude….its common sense. I don’t want to make an excuse because he was buzzed tonight, but like if you’re not over her I don’t want to waste my time with him, and if I’m correct this past relationship was about 3 years ago. And was a long distance kind too, but don’t know for how long and she dumped him. Like please don’t tell me I’m pretty and that you like me and want to be something serious but is already goofing up. Thoughts? Yes we all have that one ex we miss or whatever, but I don’t bring up my exes unless asked, because I too am trying to move forward. Do I drop him, have a talk with him?? Idk.
