Per person

I just want to get other's opinions. I've did my calculation and already sent my invoice over. So this is just a little way to pass the time while I wait. A client reached out after seeing my work on social media and wants a Thanksgiving lunch that's buffet style(not plated), for 6 people, 4 course menu and wanted seafood somewhere on the menu. I will only be dropping the food off. Food only, no utensils, plates, etc since they'll be at home and they actually live in my complex so I don't have to worry about delivering far. She just wants an appetizer, soup, main course and dessert. I made 3 different custom menus. Gave her the option of mix and match. She loved them all but went with option 3. If you were the client, what are you expecting to pay and would you pay for a menu like this? FYI the menu items list the main items in the dishes not all of them. Like most restaurants do
