First time trying to convince need any information will be great

So my husband and I are trying to convince as I have pcos and it sucks bc I don’t ovulated so I am on letrozole and I have been taking it now for 3 months I also had to induce my people we’ve been trying for 6months but decided to go to see my gynecologist and talk and she recommended it for me I just really am hoping this work bc my levels of progesterone is up after the second month and this month hopefully I can actually ovulate and try and get pregnant but I am wondering if anyone has taking this and how long did it take to work and because I am also new to trying to convince as well so I’m trying to get as much information as I can to try and have a baby to make sure I am doing everything right as I have no family support either so any advice is great advice to me
