Bleeding on IUD?

Before I take a trip to the doc, has anyone experienced bleeding or spotting after sex on the IUD? is this normal?? Usually I would spot very lightly even after some intense weight lifting work out, but this time I full on bled after. It was not a lot and it stopped later on in the day. The following days it was some spotting and cramping but I'm also currently ovulating. So could be that.

Is this a concern, has anyone experienced similar? Have you bled on your IUD after sex?
