Help please

Nicole • Been with partner 4 1/2 years . We have a beautiful little boy (Lyo) together and now due 20/10/14 with. Little girl :)
I've been getting cramp like feelings yesterday and today Aldo had a little spotting yesterday could this be the m implantation ? And if I did a test if it's just at the implantation stage would it be - or +
