Uterus sore after MC

Was diagnosed with a missed miscarriage 11/09/23, took misoprostol 11/10/23. The worst of the cramping and clots/tissue lasted for about a day and a half. Since then I’ve been bleeding similar to period. In the last day or so I’ve noticed in lower belly I have a lot of soreness, especially if I cough or use the rest room. I don’t have a fever or anything. I think I passed everything, but has anyone else experience soreness around your uterus following a miscarriage ?
