Hospital visit or no?

I can’t keep anything down. 11+6 weeks. I vomit my apple sauce, the whole thing. I drink my water 15mins to calm down. An Hr later I vomit all my water and then some. My throat hurts so bad right now. It’s throbbing and burning. Everytime I swallow it’s like I’m taking a large pill. I’m scared to drink water or eat something small right now. Should I go in? I still feel super nauseous. Help🥺🥺🥺🥺. I vomit 1-2xs a day, but today is the worst right now. I did loose 20 pounds in a month and a half.
