4 week scan

So I went for a scan today and by my calculations I should be 4w4d. I have had a lot of cramping and I have PCOS so we are not 100% sure on the date.

Anyway they were not able to see anything at all.. the dr kept telling me it’s normal at this time but o can’t help but feel deflated, we had a miscarriage back in March that wasn’t noticed until I was 12 weeks and baby stopped growing at 7 weeks.

I was just really hoping to see even just a sac at the ultrasound.. anyone else had a scan at 4 weeks?
