Birth plans & did your doctors actually listen?

So last night I spent a HOT minute on my birthplan in the case of a NORMAL birth. I want my birth to be as natural as humanly possible while still having the medical intervention available if needed. If anyone else had a birth plan similar to that did your OB/Midwife actually adhere to it? Or did they like completely ignore it.

Edit to add: I’m not asking if a birth plan is a good idea, I’m asking if you had one, and your OB tried their best to adhere to it. I am fully aware that emergencies happen and I have multiple plans typed up from research that I’ve done.
