Unexplained bleeding experiences!

Hello Ladies,

I’m currently 19weeks and have some unexplained on and off spotting/bleeding that started in week 18. I went to L&D triage last night where they checked my cervix, it was closed and no infection. Checked placenta location, appears to be 3cm away from cervix and most importantly checked my little girl and she was perfectly fine just wiggling around with a good heart rate. I haven’t had my anatomy scan yet (waiting for the nurse to call me back to schedule) but I’m just wondering if anyone has had any similar experiences and what it ended up being. I haven’t had any pain or cramping so I’m just confused 🫤.
