Help!!!

guys I tested positive for Covid last Monday a week ago. Had two pretty bad days then starting feeling better. Now I have a sinus infection and I am on an antibiotic. However my sinus pain/pressure is almost completely unbearable. I can’t take anything to break up the mucous except the plain Mucinex and Claritin, neither work. My sinuses are sore to the touch. I have done all the things, hot shower, vaporizer, warm compress, cold compress, Tylenol doesn’t help, I’m desperate!
