We just got the Bentley 6-in-1 trike for our almost 10 month old and here are some pros & cons for our specific needs.. I would like to hear your thoughts and experience with it too. I am deciding if we keep it. Suggestions on a more compact, comfortable; and convenient one would be much appreciated!!

Pros:

•Baby loves being able to look around more than a regular stroller and feel more “free” (he is very curious and would always be fussy in his Doona

•He loves moving the handlebars and he is so energetic that he is able to channel that into just tapping/holding/moving it.

•We were more inclined to get it because of the “seat switch” option, he is used to seeing us from his Doona and when he gets anxiety we love being able to rotate it to face us.

•Smooth steering! Wheels are not plastic and pretty consistent on different surfaces!

Cons:

•Wide turns and no accessories like mesh protector or rain cover (which makes sense as it is more of a trike than a stroller)

• Does not fold or not compact

•For some storage (we used the doona from birth so we’re used to bring a diaper bag lol) storage wasn’t a priority for us but a good stroller with storage space would be nice.

•Harness (shoulder straps) is loose and can’t tighten, religiously read reviews and comments (reddit, tiktok, from retailer websites) on it but never heard of this specific complain until I found a comment on youtube. My baby is not small and almost 4months+ the recommended age which is 6 mos but still very loose on the straps.

I’d like some input or any suggestions. Thinking of replacing it with the doona trike but it doesn’t look as comfortable.
