could I get pregnant

so me and my boyfriend had sex today and the condom broke when he came , I'm on birth control I take it every day at the same time pretty much , I've only been late by a few hours a couple times. never missed a day. And I took a Plan B today an hour after we had sex . I also peed right after . I'm really worried . Someone please help me out
