I just went to my first ultrasound and doctor appointment today and the ultrasound showed no heart beat or yolk sac just the gestational sack. Doctor said I’m measuring about 6w couple days 😞 what does this mean? It’s my 3 pregnancy. Had two healthy babies before. I did experience a chemical couple months ago but then had my period and got pregnant cycle after. Doctor said we have to see where this takes us but maybe I ovulated later and conceived later? Coming back in a week or so. I’m so fucking sad I didn’t get to see anything. By now I should have.
