Worried might be ectopic

I’m so worried I might be having ectopic and I’m just disappointed that no one is taking me serious. I’m either 4 weeks and 1 day or 4 weeks 4 days. Last period nov 3. I went to have intake done on 12/4 test came back negative so they drew blood which hcg came back 155 so it was confirmed I’m pregnant but they said it’s too low. Went back for hcg draw on 12/6 and this morning results came back 266. Here’s my thing last night I had really bad cramps on my right side which lasted for about 2 hours. I feel like I have a uti as well because sometimes I feel like I have to pee really bad and then when I go pee there’s a lil trickle. I’ve had some pain in my shoulder the other day but it lasted for about 30 mins and I’m just scared it’s not in the right spot. I’ve also had lower back pain.My doc are not like normal doctors, I rarely hear back from them and so far all they have done in hcg😫I just want an ultrasound but that’s dam near impossible. I want to catch it early if it is. Any tips or suggestions or stories. I called the er to see what they think but they said they can’t give advice and I don’t want to go up there if they won’t give me an ultrasound. Seems like no one takes it serious unless it’s cramping and blood 😫
