32 no career( need guidance)

So i do have a degree in heald admin and a dental certification howev3r i can only work jobs based around my support system. I have 2 kids and my mom and bro help whem they can. For example. I had to quit my jon recently bc my mom had to do clinicals in another state and i have to work over night bc she has another job as well. So i cant do daytime schedules which is what mainly dental offices have.. ive thought of pursuing another certificationto get out of warehouse work.. i was thinking maybe phlebotomy or hell cna at this point bc i need flexibility at this point while i pursue nursing ...please give any advice. @ J : they are in daycare ..this would be fine but my son has autism and needs goes to therapy that has a start time of 9a and no earlier and he gets out at 4:30(it took me a year to get him in and hes improving so i cant switch him)
