Looking for some advice!

Hey everyone, I trying to get a little advice.

My hubby and I have been trying for 8 years, and since 2021 we’ve been doing more invasive maneuvers. We had an ectopic pregnancy last May, and honestly we were just surprised that I got pregnant. We had taken a break for a few months due to some family things and it happened naturally. It was also our first pregnancy. We were actually as happy as we were devastated. Happy that I got pregnant, devastated that it didn’t end the way we wanted it to. Does that make sense?

Well anyway, we spent the remainder of 2022 healing and getting emotionally ready to try again. With 2023 came a new job with way better benefits for my husband, and the insurance actually paid for 6 IUIs. Well we did two of them in August and September, and we decided to take a break for the holidays because it’s busy season for my hubby and because (as most of you know) doing that back to back with all the shots, takes a toll. Well fast forward, my period is about 4 days late. I’m scared to take a test because I don’t know what it’s going to say. If I’m pregnant I’m barely 3 weeks, and I don’t know if i just want to wait for another…well century honestly. If you know you know haha.

Do any of you understand what I’m going through? I have PCOS and sometimes I miss a period, but I haven’t since I healed from our pregnancy loss last year.

I guess I’m just looking for some support?? Hubby is on a business trip until the 18th, so he’s not here to support me. But he also knows my period is late (he left this morning for his trip). So he knows something’s up.

Anyway, any advice or comments are appreciated, and I’m sorry for the long post!!!!
